About the Job We are hiring a Sr. Consultant/Manager – Business Analyst (Regulatory Compliance) to support leading financial institutions in managing risk and compliance. This role offers exposure to complex regulatory frameworks, process automation, and project delivery in a dynamic consulting environment. You will be responsible for analyzing business processes, translating requirements into actionable documentation, and driving compliance initiatives across multiple functions. Overview The role is ideal for a self-motivated professional with strong analytical skills, regulatory domain expertise, and hands-on experience in compliance platforms. You will be extensively involved in requirements gathering, process evaluation, documentation, and stakeholder management. Candidates must be agile, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with senior leaders in fast-paced environments. What You’ll Do - Process Evaluation: Assess existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and propose innovative solutions. - Automation: Lead initiatives to automate manual processes and improve efficiency. - Documentation: Translate high-level requirements into detailed user stories and business requirement documents. - Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to align compliance initiatives. - Risk & Compliance Projects: Drive initiatives across FCC, AML, and KYC domains. What You’ll Need - Degree holder with 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in Regulatory Compliance, FCC, AML, and KYC. - Proven expertise in technical delivery and familiarity with end-to-end processes. - Hands-on experience with Actimize or Netreveal. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership. - Team player with the ability to lead and collaborate across diverse functions.
