The Opportunity HEISCO is seeking a Senior Project Manager – Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) to lead the execution of major EPC projects within the Oil & Gas sector. This is a high-impact leadership role suited for a results-driven professional with extensive experience managing Electrical, Instrumentation, Automation, and Control System scopes throughout the full project lifecycle. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining strong client relationships and leading multidisciplinary project teams. Key Responsibilities - Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale Electrical & Instrumentation EPC projects. - Oversee all project phases, including engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover. - Ensure compliance with project schedules, budgets, technical requirements, and HSE standards. - Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal departments to achieve project objectives. - Monitor project controls, change management, and commercial performance. - Ensure compliance with international codes, standards, and client specifications. Requirements - Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related discipline. - Minimum 15 years of experience in EPC projects within Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power, or Heavy Industrial sectors. - Proven experience managing large Electrical & Instrumentation project scopes from engineering through commissioning.
