The agency builds online foundations to attract the right audiences and generate qualified leads. Role Description: Argo Digital Marketing Agency is looking for a Business Development & Account Manager to drive new business, turns leads into sales, and manage client relationships.This is a full time, Khobar based role for Saudi Arabic speaking candidates. - Key Responsibilities: Convert company-provided leads into sales, find and approach new clients. - Onboard new clients smoothly, act as the main client contact. - Coordinate with internal teams, manage client relationships and follow-ups. Requirements: - Fluent Arabic and English, both spoken and written (Arabic should be 1st language) - Understanding of IT and digital marketing services - Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills - Professional, organized, proactive, and results oriented - Comfortable dealing with decision makers and senior stakeholders - Saudi market experience preferred - Candidates should possess Market Research skills to assess industry trends, competitors, and target segments. - Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to maintain positive relationships and support client needs. - Relevant experience in business development, sales, or marketing, ideally within an agency or B2B environment. - Khobar based, Saudi. Driving license is a plus
