Position Overview: We are seeking a driven, ambitious, and results-oriented Experienced Real Estate Broker to join our elite team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Dubai’s property market, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to close high-value transactions in both primary (off-plan) and secondary markets. Key Responsibilities: - Handle sales and leasing transactions across Dubai’s most in-demand communities. - Manage and maintain an active client database, ensuring long-term relationships. - Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants. - Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters. - Generate new business through networking, referrals, and company-provided leads. - Stay up-to-date with Dubai’s real estate market trends, regulations, and new developments. - Prepare and execute contracts, ensuring compliance with RERA regulations. Requirements: - Minimum 2 years of proven real estate experience in Dubai. - Valid UAE driving license and own car. - RERA certification (or willingness to obtain). - Strong knowledge of Dubai communities and market trends. - Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working in a competitive environment. - Fluency in English (additional languages such as Russian, Arabic, French, or Chinese are a plus).
