Project Manager (Banking Transformation)

Key Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end delivery of banking transformation projects, including new system implementations, platform migrations, and target operating model changes. - Define and manage project scope, plans, milestones, dependencies, budgets, risks and issues through to go-live. - Gather, analyse, and document business requirements, user stories, process flows and functional specifications across Operations, Product and Technology. - Translate operational and business needs into technology and process solutions. - Coordinate testing, data migration, implementation, go-live readiness and post-production support. - Facilitate workshops, working groups and senior stakeholder governance forums. - Manage third-party vendors and cross-functional delivery teams across multiple markets. - Identify process gaps and support the design of future-state processes and controls. Key Requirements - 8+ years Proven track record delivering financial services projects such as migrations, new system rollouts, onboarding, or operational transformation. - Strong domain knowledge across securities services including custody, fund services, asset servicing, settlement, corporate actions, client onboarding or investment operations (preferred). - Hands-on experience managing requirements, testing, data migration, implementation and go-live activities. - Strong stakeholder management skills across Business, Operations, Product and Technology. - Ability to manage multiple workstreams, dependencies, risks and competing priorities. - Strong analytical, documentation and problem-solving skills. - Experience working within a global bank or financial institution. - Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
