Seeking a Regulatory Reporting Project Manager / Business Analyst to lead OTC Derivatives trade reporting delivery and ensure compliance across multiple APAC jurisdictions. Role Duties: - Lead end-to-end OTCD trade reporting delivery across APAC - Ensure compliance with HKMA, MAS, and regional regulatory frameworks - Manage project timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams - Bridge business stakeholders and technology teams - Data sourcing, requirement gathering, and producing BRDs/user stories - Support regulatory reporting automation and process improvements - Liaise with IT to identify data needs and join data sets Role Requirements: - 10+ years project management or business analysis in investment banking - Deep OTC Derivatives trade reporting experience — not finance-side reporting - Strong APAC regulatory exposure — HKMA, MAS, RBI, JFSA, KRX, etc. - Hands-on data sourcing and requirement gathering skills - Experience with FPML, XML, data mapping, and data quality frameworks - Consulting background (Big 4, Capco, or equivalent) preferred - Immediate availability preferred Why Apply: - Senior-level engagement with C-suite exposure - High-visibility regulatory program with hard regulatory deadline - APAC regulatory complexity INTERESTED?
