HR MANAGER / HR SPECIALIST – REAL ESTATE

Rajha Real Estate Brokers LLC is looking for a strong and experienced HR professional to join our growing team in Dubai. Requirements: - Minimum 3 years of UAE Real Estate HR experience – REQUIRED - Strong experience in recruiting and hiring real estate brokers - Proven ability to identify qualified and high-potential candidates - Strong knowledge of UAE HR practices and employment procedures - Excellent communication and people-management skills - Strong, confident, proactive, and target-oriented personality - Ability to manage recruitment, employee relations, and daily HR duties - Key Responsibilities: - Manage recruitment from sourcing to onboarding - Recruit and qualify experienced real estate brokers - Conduct interviews and candidate assessments - Manage employee records, attendance, leave, and HR matters - Implement company HR policies and procedures - Support employee performance and development - IMPORTANT: Candidates without relevant UAE real estate HR experience will NOT be entertained. Freshers and candidates without real estate HR experience are strictly not eligible to apply.
