The Company Our client a well-known financial institution organization is seeking a passionate Customer Service Officer to join their growing Hotline department. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting and strengthening the quality of customer inquiries and handle different compliant cases The Role - Handle inbound customer calls regarding insurance policies, claims, and product information. - Provide high-quality customer service, addressing enquiries and resolving issues efficiently and professionally. - Accurately document customer interactions and maintain updated records. - Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met. - Adhere to compliance requirements and always company standards.
