Head of Product Management

PECTIV is a premium feminine care brand based in the UAE. As we scale toward our long-term regional growth vision, we are looking for an ambitious and growth-driven Head of E-commerce to lead PECTIV’s ecommerce growth and customer journey. Role Description This role will own ecommerce growth strategy, retention, offers, conversion optimization, and overall online commercial performance across UAE & KSA. Qualifications - Strong product strategy and product management skills, with experience defining vision, positioning, and roadmaps for consumer products. - Proficiency in product lifecycle management, including concept development, go-to-market planning, and post-launch optimization. - Well-developed analytical skills and data-driven decision-making, with the ability to interpret market research, financial metrics, and customer insights. - Experience collaborating with sales and commercial teams to support revenue growth, pricing strategies, and channel performance. - Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders at multiple levels. - Background in FMCG, personal care, healthcare, or related sectors is highly beneficial. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; a relevant advanced degree is a plus. - Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate product plans and outcomes.
