Key Account Sales Executive

Job Summary Support the growth and management of strategic retail, modern trade, and food-service accounts by coordinating customer requirements, monitoring sales performance, and ensuring effective execution of commercial activities. Key Responsibilities - Support the execution of account plans, product listings, promotional activities, and customer agreements. - Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key account customers on day-to-day operational matters. - Coordinate quotations, purchase orders, deliveries, returns, claims, and customer documentation. - Monitor sales performance, stock availability, pricing, promotions, and product movement across customer accounts. - Maintain accurate customer records, contracts, listings, and activity reports. - Coordinate with supply chain, finance, marketing, and quality teams to resolve customer issues and ensure service excellence. - Identify opportunities for new product listings, upselling, and cross-selling initiatives. - Prepare account performance reports and sales analyses. - Support customer relationship management activities and ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications & Skills - Fresh graduate or early-career professionals are interested in sales and account management. - Applicants must include their nationality and university degree in the CV; a bachelor’s degree is required. - Completion of cooperative training in the FMCG industry is preferred. - Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and relationship-management skills. - Good analytical, reporting, and presentation abilities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. - Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems is an advantage. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Workable English language skills and fluency in Arabic. - Strong teamwork and coordination skills.
