Recruitment Specialist

Responsibility: - Identify and engage top talent through global competitions (e.g., ICPC, IMC, Supercomputing competitions, International Science Olympiads) and premier academic conference programs. - Lead talent attraction and recruitment initiatives across the APAC region (based in Hong Kong; coverage includes Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, UAE, etc.). - Develop and execute campus recruitment and internship hiring strategies, especially for technical/R&D roles. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver high-quality candidate pipelines. Requirements: - 1–3 years of experience in talent acquisition, with proven experience in campus recruitment and internship hiring (experience hiring for R&D roles is a strong plus). - Experience organizing employer branding initiatives or talent engagement events (e.g., campus talks, hackathons, competitions) preferred. - Strong network and relationship management skills. - Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and drive them to completion. - Proactive, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Willingness to travel across the APAC region (approximately once per month). - Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
