About the job Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Full-time | Relocation Provided *HOTSPOT is hiring an Event / Activation Project Manager in Riyadh.* We are looking for someone who can manage projects from client brief to on-ground execution, while coordinating with technical teams, suppliers, venues, and clients. At HOTSPOT, our work includes LED screens, AV solutions, lighting, sound systems, stage effects, fixed installations, smart displays, and interactive brand activations. This is not a traditional event planning role only. It is a hands-on project management role for someone who can turn a creative idea into a smooth, professional execution.
