📢 We’re Hiring: Payroll & Compensation and Benefits Specialist We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with strong experience in Payroll and Compensation & Benefits. Key Responsibilities and Requirements: - Payroll processing and accurate salary calculations. - Leave balance and employee entitlement calculations. - End-of-Service Benefits (EOSB) calculations and settlements. - Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, particularly regulations related to payroll, salaries, leave, deductions, and employee entitlements. - Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including large datasets, formulas, reconciliations, and reporting. - Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail. - Previous experience in Payroll and Compensation & Benefits is essential.
