Job Description

Industry Medical Device Job Title Sales Manager Reporting line to Singapore Business Unit Lead Overview: We are partnering with a leading Global US Medical Device MNC who is seeking to hire for a Singapore Sales Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Medical Device Sales leader to take ownership of the commercial strategy, develop a high-performing sales team, strengthen relationships with key cardiologists and hospitals, and drive the adoption of innovative new technologies across the Singapore market. Core Responsibilities: - Develop and execute the Singapore Interventional Cardiology sales strategy to achieve revenue and market growth objectives. - Own the sales target, forecasting, pipeline development, and overall commercial performance of the IC business. - Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase market share. - Build strong relationships with key hospitals, cardiologists, procurement teams, and other stakeholders. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) within Interventional Cardiology. - Monitor market trends, competitor activity, customer needs, and changes within the healthcare environment. - Lead, coach, and develop the IC sales team to deliver strong and consistent performance. Desired Skillsets: - Experience in Sales for ANY MEDICAL DEVICE (experience in Cardiovascular Medical Device is not necessary) - Line Management - minimum of 2 years of experience managing direct line reports - Deeply passionate in the Cardiovascular Medical Device Space - Strong strategic thinking combined with a HANDS-ON approach to sales leadership.
