Social Media Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a creative and driven Social Media Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of social media platforms, digital content, and current trends, with the ability to create engaging content and support the organization’s digital presence. Key Responsibilities: * Manage and support day-to-day activities across social media platforms, including Instagram, X, TikTok, Snapchat, and LinkedIn. * Develop, schedule, publish, and monitor engaging social media content. * Support content planning and contribute creative ideas aligned with the organization’s objectives and brand identity. * Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities for relevant and engaging content. * Track social media performance and prepare reports using analytics tools. * Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for content creation and coverage. * Support live coverage of events, activities, and campaigns when required. * Assist with short-form video content and basic graphic design/video editing. Requirements: * 2–4 years of experience in social media management, digital content, or a related field. * Strong knowledge of major social media platforms, including Instagram, X, TikTok, Snapchat, and LinkedIn. * Strong Arabic and English writing and communication skills. * Experience with social media management, scheduling, and analytics tools. * Good understanding of content creation, short-form video, and current digital trends. * Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools is preferred. * Experience in sports, entertainment, or organizations delivering sports and community programs is an advantage. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide coverage outside regular working hours when required.
