The Role We're looking for a Social Media Manager to own Hyrde's presence across our key platforms, working independently and remotely on a milestone basis. You'll shape how Hyrde shows up online — planning content, writing and designing posts, growing engagement, and reporting on what's working — while collaborating closely with the team to keep messaging aligned with where the product and company are headed. Compensation $15–$25 USD / hour, paid based on hours logged against agreed milestones. Payments are processed in USD regardless of location. What You'll Do - Plan and maintain a content calendar across relevant platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Instagram) - Write, design, and schedule posts that reflect Hyrde's voice and current priorities - Monitor engagement, respond to comments/DMs, and grow the audience organically - Track performance metrics and report on what's driving results - Collaborate with stakeholders to align content with product updates, launches, and milestones - Break work into clear deliverable milestones and deliver incremental updates for review - Suggest improvements to content strategy, platform mix, and posting cadence What You'll Need - Proven experience managing social media accounts for a company, brand, or startup - Strong writing skills and a good eye for visual content - Familiarity with scheduling/analytics tools (e.g. Buffer, Hootsuite, native platform insights) - Understanding of what performs well on B2B/tech-adjacent platforms, especially LinkedIn - Strong communication skills and comfort working independently in a remote, contract setting - Nice to have: experience with early-stage startups, basic graphic design (Canva/Figma), short-form video/content editing How to Apply - This role is not accepting Easy Apply submissions.
