Marketing Executive (Social Media Focus)

Role Description The Marketing Executive (Social Media Focus) is a full-time, on-site role based in Lai Chi Kok, Hong Kong. You will be responsible for planning, creating, and optimizing social media initiatives to build brand awareness and drive engagement. Daily tasks include developing content calendars, creating and curating visually appealing posts (e.g. Instagram, Threads, XHS etc.) , managing basic Meta ad operations, and keeping up with the latest digital trends. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and bring creative ideas to life. Qualifications & Requirements - Experience: 1–3 years of experience in marketing or social media management. Having an Agency background or In-house marketing experience is highly welcomed. - Content & Aesthetics: A strong sense of aesthetics, a love for brainstorming creative content, and an interest in Beauty, Fashion, or Lifestyle/Event aesthetics is a major plus. - Platform Expertise: Deep familiarity with social media platforms, specifically Instagram and Threads, along with a constant eye on shifting social media trends. - Technical Skills: Proficiency in basic Meta Ads operations and experience with simple video shooting and editing is highly preferred. - Communication: Strong communication and writing skills (Fluent Cantonese and good written Chinese/English) to create engaging copy and interact with the audience. - Education: A relevant academic background in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
