Job Description

Burney Real Estate is hiring ambitious, motivated, and results-driven Property Consultants to join our team in Dubai. We are looking for both freshers and experienced real estate professionals who are serious about building a career in Dubai real estate and are motivated by high earning potential. This opportunity is suitable for candidates who are willing to learn, work consistently, build their personal brand, communicate with clients, and develop themselves as professional real estate consultants. IMPORTANT COMPENSATION INFORMATION: This is a commission-only position. There is no fixed monthly salary for this role. An AED 500 monthly travel allowance will be provided by the company. Candidates who are specifically looking for a fixed monthly salary should not apply. For Freshers: No previous real estate experience is required. We will provide training and guidance from the fundamentals, including: - Dubai real estate market knowledge - Off-plan and secondary market training - Property and project knowledge - Sales and negotiation skills - Client handling and communication - Lead follow-up and conversion - Closing techniques - CRM and lead management - Practical sales guidance and mentorship For Experienced Candidates: Candidates with previous Dubai real estate experience are welcome to apply. Experience in off-plan or secondary market sales, developer relationships, strong negotiation skills, an existing client database, and a proven sales record will be considered an advantage. Key Responsibilities: - Generate and follow up with potential clients. - Handle leads provided through company marketing. - Build and maintain relationships with buyers and investors. - Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties. - Conduct property presentations and client meetings. - Follow up consistently and work towards closing transactions. - Stay updated with Dubai property market trends and new launches. - Maintain accurate records using the company's CRM. - Work towards individual and team targets. - Build your personal presence through social media and real estate content. - Participate in property tours, events, launches, and networking opportunities when required.
