Senior Interior Designer

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead the design and execution of high-end residential and commercial projects. The role involves overseeing the full design process, from concept development through execution, ensuring that every project reflects strong design vision, functionality, and refined detailing. Key Responsibilities Design Leadership - Lead the conceptualization and development of interior design concepts for projects. - Translate client requirements into creative and functional design solutions. - Produce mood boards, design presentations, and detailed design proposals. Project Development - Prepare space planning, layouts, and interior architectural drawings. - Develop detailed design packages including materials, finishes, and specifications. - Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure design intent is maintained. Material & Product Selection - Source and review materials, furniture, lighting, and finishes. - Conduct material comparisons and ensure selections align with the overall design vision. Client & Team Coordination - Lead design presentations and communicate ideas clearly to clients. - Mentor junior designers and oversee design development within the team. - Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and consultants.
