Job Description - Identify, analyze and drive areas for process improvement across regional and local teams and all markets that we operate in - Drive productivity and efficiency through operational optimization and best practices - Support the development and alignment of SOPs, benchmarks, and performance targets - Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and performance tracking - Lead and support cross-functional projects from planning to execution - Conduct market and competitor research to support strategic decision-making - Track business performance and support the preparation of management reporting - Support strategic initiatives, operating models, and corporate development Requirements - Currently pursuing/possesses a Bachelor’s Degree and above in Finance, Business, Engineering, or a related field, expected to graduate by July 2027 and join us by Aug 2027 - Strong interest in project management and process improvement - Comfortable working with data and drawing insights to support decision-making - Team player who enjoys working with people from different functions or countries - Good communication and organizational skills - Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Eager to learn, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks - Positive attitude, self-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
