Project Manager (Property Management/Developer)

Job Responsibilities: - Managed project planning, execution, and delivery from start to completion. - Coordinated with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and authorities to ensure smooth project progress. - Monitored site activities, quality, safety, schedules, and project costs. - Prepared project reports, documentation, budgets, and approval submissions. - Managed contracts, payment claims, variation orders, and project risks. - Conducted site inspections and resolved technical, operational, and construction issues. - Oversaw project handover, defect rectification, and close-out activities. - Ensured compliance with regulatory, statutory, and company requirements. Job Requirements: - Experienced in managing construction projects and site operations from start to finish. - Hands-on experience coordinating contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders. - Proficient in Revit software for design coordination and project documentation. - Understanding of project scheduling, site progress monitoring, and quality control. - Familiar with construction regulations, authority submissions, and compliance requirements. - Experienced in resolving site issues and ensuring smooth project execution. - With background in the property developer or real estate development industry.
