Marketing Executive - UAE Nationals

Position Title: Marketing Executive Location: Dubai, UAE Department: Marketing Employment Type: Full-Time Job Purpose We are seeking a motivated and creative UAE National to join our Marketing team as a Marketing Executive. The successful candidate will support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, brand initiatives and digital marketing activities. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to build a career in marketing within a dynamic corporate environment. Key Responsibilities - Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels. - Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies/vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing activities. - Assist in organizing corporate events, exhibitions, activations, and promotional campaigns. - Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities. - Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports on key marketing metrics. - Maintain marketing databases, media lists, and campaign documentation. - Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications and materials. - Assist with administrative and coordination tasks within the Marketing department as required. Qualifications & Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Media, or a related field. - 0-2 years of experience in marketing, communications, digital marketing, or a related area. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word). - Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing concepts. - Creative mindset with a willingness to learn and develop marketing expertise. Preferred Skills - Knowledge of social media management tools and marketing analytics. - Understanding of content creation and digital marketing trends.
