Investor Relations, Biotech (60-100K, multiple headcounts)

Multiple Hiring for companies that are preparing / already completed 18a listing. - Develop and execute investor relations strategies to enhance market visibility and investor engagement - Support the HKEX Chapter 18A IPO process, working closely with sponsors, investment bankers, lawyers, auditors, and other external advisors - Prepare investor presentations, earnings materials, corporate communications, and capital market announcements - Build and maintain relationships with institutional investors, analysts, healthcare-focused funds, and financial media - Coordinate roadshows, non-deal roadshows, investor conferences, and one-on-one investor meetings - Monitor capital markets, healthcare sector developments, analyst coverage, and peer company activities - Work closely with management to articulate the company's investment proposition and long-term growth strategy - Assist in ESG communication, annual reports, shareholder communications, and regulatory disclosure requirements - Provide management with market feedback and investor sentiment analysis What you'll need to succeed - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Business, or related disciplines - 5-8 years of relevant experience in in-house Investor Relations or IR agencies - Exposure to healthcare, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or life sciences sectors is highly preferred - Excellent presentation, stakeholder management, and communication skills - Ability to engage confidently with senior executives, investors, and external advisors - Fluent English and Chinese is essential - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or WhatsApp Kelvin (6793 8594) now.
