Senior Designer (Team Lead)

Job Responsibilities: - Full-Project Visual Leadership Lead the overall visual style and upgrades of the platform. Take ownership of creative concept development and execution for major operational campaigns, including main visuals for UI/VI, themed pages, and brand campaigns. - AI-Driven Creativity Deeply leverage AI tools for creative ideation, concept design, final output, and data analysis. Establish an efficient “AI + Human” workflow to significantly boost team productivity. - Brand System Development Maintain and extend the brand identity system, ensuring consistent and high-quality visual execution across all channels (online and offline). - Video Production Coordination Oversee creative planning, storyboarding, and post-production guidance for key video assets (e.g., brand films, special-effects shorts). Ensure high-quality final delivery of video content. - Cross-Department Collaboration & Delivery Work closely with Marketing and Operations teams to understand business needs, translate complex commercial information into impactful visual solutions, and take ownership of the final communication results. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree or above in Art Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or related fields. - 5+ years of experience in graphic design / video production, including at least 2 years in the internet or advertising industry. - Not just familiar with AI tools, but able to treat them as core productivity tools. Proficient in using AIGC (image/video generation) throughout the entire design process. Candidates with proven cases of significantly reducing production costs or enhancing creativity through AI will be prioritized. - Strong artistic foundation and outstanding creative ability. - Must be proficient in graphic design (Photoshop / Illustrator) and skilled in video editing and motion graphics (Premiere / After Effects). - Excellent project management, communication, and teamwork skills. - Able to independently handle multiple tasks, strong stress resistance, and an almost obsessive attention to detail. *A personal portfolio that includes AI-generated works must be submitted with the application*
