About the Role Responsibilities - Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, supporting their trading activity and keeping them actively engaged with the platform. - Onboard new clients, guide them through the account opening process, deliver investor education, and address investment-related queries. - Grow the client base by leveraging Hong Kong channel partnerships to attract quality HK/US equity investors; proactively explore and develop overseas acquisition channels such as digital media, investment KOLs, and cross-industry partnerships. - Track market developments and gather industry insights to inform and support business strategy. Requirements - Bachelor's degree or above. - A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience; exceptional fresh graduates are welcome to apply. - Fluent in Cantonese as a working language. - Prior experience in sales or client servicing within the financial services or securities industry is an advantage. - Strong aptitude for learning, with solid negotiation skills and a proven ability to identify and develop business resources. - Goal-driven, self-starting, adaptable under pressure, and collaborative by nature. - A valid SFC Type 1 licence is required.
