Mechanical Manager

- Develop coordinated MEP layouts, sections and plant-room arrangements for building-services projects. - Translate engineering requirements into accurate 3D BIM models and construction details. - Produce and update shop, coordination and as-built documentation using Revit. - Extract relevant design information from architectural, structural and other engineering disciplines. - Perform multidisciplinary model coordination and identify spatial clashes or installation constraints. - Support project engineers and managers with BIM coordination, drawing updates and technical documentation. - Participate in site visits and coordination meetings to gather information and resolve modelling requirements. - Use Navisworks Manage for model review, coordination and clash detection. - Demonstrate strong Revit modelling capability, including development of detailed components and project-specific content. - Contractor-side experience preferred, particularly candidates capable of creating Revit families/components from scratch for new-build projects without relying on existing base models.
