Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute strategies to grow e-commerce sales and profitability. - Identify, open, and manage new sales channels, marketplaces, and platforms. - Explore expansion opportunities across Kuwait, GCC, and other markets. - Manage and optimize the e-commerce website and customer journey. - Improve conversion rate, average order value, and repeat purchases. - Manage digital growth activities including paid ads, influencers, email, WhatsApp, and other acquisition channels. - Launch promotions, bundles, and other sales initiatives. - Analyze performance and identify new growth opportunities. - Coordinate with marketing, operations, designers, developers, and external partners. Key KPIs Revenue growth - Profitability - New sales channels - Conversion rate - ROAS - CAC - AOV - Repeat customers Ideal Candidate A commercial, hands-on and growth-driven person who takes ownership, finds new revenue opportunities, tests them quickly, and scales what works.
