Business Transformation Lead

Aimstyle is hiring Transformation Program Director to lead a full 12-month transformation program and convert the Group CEO’s priorities into coordinated execution across . Key responsibilities - Own the integrated transformation roadmap - Coordinate client company leaders and Aimstyle workstreams - Lead weekly transformation-office meetings - Prepare monthly CEO and quarterly Steering Committee reviews - Control scope, deadlines, dependencies and quality - Present major decisions with clear options and recommendations - Escalate risks, blocked decisions and missing information - Ensure the transformation system is adopted and transferred to Client Requirements - 10–15 years in transformation, consulting or complex program leadership - Experience working with holding groups or multiple companies - Direct experience with CEOs and boards - Strong Saudi or GCC business exposure - Fluent Arabic and English - Strong commercial, operational and financial judgment - PMP, PgMP, Prosci or equivalent preferred - Must be execution-oriented, not simply a senior project manager Core KPIs - 90%+ milestone delivery - Critical risks escalated within 48 hours - CEO decisions closed within agreed timelines - Strong adoption by company leaders - No uncontrolled scope expansion
