Job Description

Job Purpose Conduct legal research and studies, provide legal opinions and recommendations to relevant stakeholders, and analyze legal-related issues to support informed decision-making within the organization. Key Responsibilities - Conduct legal research and prepare studies, analyses, opinions, and recommendations on legal matters. - Review and process legal requests received from internal organizational units and external entities. - Coordinate with judicial and legal authorities regarding requirements related to internal and external legal requests. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of legal requests, including relevant employee and case information. - Ensure all legal requests are properly documented and that required supporting documents and records are maintained. - Coordinate the provision of technical and logistical requirements necessary to process and complete legal requests. - Review legal requests submitted by organizational units and external parties and ensure timely updates to the relevant records. - Provide required information and documentation to relevant legal and judicial authorities. - Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the direct supervisor. Qualifications & Experience - Bachelor's degree in Law with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; or - Master's degree in Law. - Professional certifications or training in Commercial & Business Law and Legal Compliance are an advantage.
