Job Description

Key Responsibilities - Handle end-to-end procurement for interior design, fit-out, residential and villa projects. - Source and coordinate with vendors, suppliers, manufacturers and subcontractors. - Obtain quotations, prepare comparisons and negotiate pricing and commercial terms. - Procure interior materials, furniture, fixtures, finishes, joinery and project-related requirements. - Develop and maintain a reliable vendor and supplier database. - Coordinate with Interior Designers, Project Managers and site teams to understand project requirements. - Track purchase orders, deliveries and material availability against project timelines. - Evaluate vendors based on quality, pricing, delivery and reliability. Candidate Profile - 3–6 years of procurement experience, MUST be in Interior Design / Fit-Out / Residential / Villas. - Existing knowledge/network of UAE vendors and suppliers is highly preferred. - Good understanding of interior materials, finishes, furniture, joinery and project procurement. - Strong negotiation and vendor-management skills. - Able to coordinate closely with design, project and site teams. - UAE experience is mandatory. - Identify alternative suppliers and materials to achieve cost efficiencies without compromising quality. - Maintain procurement records, quotations, POs and supplier documentation.
