Position Title: Telesales Employment Type: Full Time Job Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates About the Client: An innovative Abu Dhabi -based agritech food leader trusted for organic poultry and livestock farming. Job Description: - Initiate high-volume outbound calls to health-conscious families and fitness enthusiasts across the United Arab Emirates. - Pitch premium organic poultry, fresh dairy, and regenerative agricultural produce using structured scripts. - Overcome consumer price objections by focusing on organic quality, health benefits, and clean nutrition. - Enter client delivery details, schedules, and preferences accurately into the CRM system. Qualifications: - Fluent Arabic speaker with excellent English communication skills. - Minimum 5 years of experience in telesales, outbound sales, or B2C sales. - FMCG, food, e-commerce, or related industry experience is preferred. - Strong customer engagement, objection handling, CRM, and sales target achievement skills.
