PgMP/PfMP Certified - Technical Trainer

Koenig Solutions is looking for an experienced Corporate Trainer / Instructor – Project & Portfolio Management with 8–15 years of industry experience and a PgMP and/or PfMP certified to deliver world-class training programs for professionals preparing for PMI certifications. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and deliver instructor-led training programs for PgMP and PfMP certifications. - Deliver training through virtual, classroom, and blended learning modes. - Develop courseware, presentations, case studies, labs, mock exams, and assessments aligned with PMI standards. - Continuously update training content based on PMI changes and industry trends. - Stay updated with PMI standards and project/program/portfolio management best practices. Required Qualification & Skills: - PgMP and/or PfMP certification is mandatory. - 8–15 years of experience in Program, Portfolio, or Project Management / PMO leadership. - Experience delivering corporate training or mentoring professionals. - Strong understanding of Program Management, Portfolio Management, Governance, Benefits Realization, Risk & Stakeholder Management, Strategic Alignment, and PMI standards.
