Job Description

Key Responsibilities - Prepare cost plans, estimates, BOQs, tender documents, and tender evaluations. - Conduct quantity take-offs, cost control, and value engineering. - Manage pre-contract procurement and provide commercial advice to clients. - Review and certify interim valuations, variations, claims, and final accounts. - Monitor project costs, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow. - Provide commercial and contractual advice throughout the construction phase. - Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams. Requirements - Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. - 10+ years of relevant QS experience, preferably within an engineering/consultancy environment. - Strong pre- and post-contract experience. - Proven experience in buildings, villas, residential developments, hotels, and/or mixed-use projects. - Good knowledge of FIDIC and construction contracts. - Strong measurement, cost management, negotiation, and reporting skills. - RICS or equivalent professional membership is an advantage. - UAE/GCC experience is preferred.
