Finance Manager, Commodity Trading

A leading Chinese commodity trading company is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead its finance operations in Singapore. This is a strategic role responsible for overseeing finance, treasury, financial reporting, and business partnering while supporting the company's continued growth. Key Responsibilities - Lead the full spectrum of finance and accounting operations, including financial reporting and month-end/year-end closing. - Oversee cash flow, treasury, banking relationships, and funding activities. - Prepare management reports, budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis to support business decisions. - Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements. - Strengthen internal controls, financial policies, and governance processes. - Partner with senior management to provide commercial and financial insights. Requirements - Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline (ACCA/CPA preferred). - 10+ years of relevant finance and accounting experience, including leadership responsibilities. - Strong knowledge of full-set accounting, financial reporting, treasury, taxation, and internal controls. - Experience in commodity trading, energy, manufacturing, or a fast-paced corporate environment is highly preferred. - Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is preferred due to regular interaction with regional stakeholders.
