Onboarding Analyst (Regional) - Investment Banking

- Investment Bank - Regional Exposure About Our Client Our client is a well-known Investment Bank. Currently, they are looking for an experience Onboarding Analyst to join their team in Private Banking. Candidate with regional exposure such as Australia market would be highly advantage. Job Description - Support KYC reviews and account maintenance for private banking clients including Politically Exposed Persons (PEP) reviews. - Conduct Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) reviews. - Review client and Sales documentation, and follow up on missing or inconsistent information. - Validate key client risk information, including Source of Wealth, Source of Funds, and Total Net Worth. - Ensure periodic and event-driven reviews are completed on time and properly documented, and track outstanding requirements. - Support process improvement, change, and remediation initiatives. - Escalate high-risk clients and trigger events for further review. The Successful Applicant - Good knowledge of KYC/AML processes and documentation, including CIP, ownership structures, trigger events, and Source of Wealth/Funds requirements. - Understanding of relevant regulations and industry best practices. - Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with close attention to detail. - Fluent in both English and Chinese What's on Offer - Excellent exposure Contact: Quote job ref: JN-092026-7097992
