Hays is partnered with a prestigious independent advisory firm to identify an M&A Associate for their Riyadh office. Looking someone from a tier 1 bank who can take ownership on complex mandates with minimal oversight, mentor the next generation of analysts, and thrive across the full spectrum of ECM and M&A deals across the MENA region. Responsibilities: - Own the full M&A lifecycle through to close - Lead financial modelling, deal structuring, and valuation across buy side and sell side deals - Prepare and present pitch books, IM's, and board material to the highest standard Requirements: - 3+ years of M&A experience at a tier 1 bulge bracket or elite boutique, a strong Senior Analyst ready to make the step up - Excellent academic record from a top University; MBA or CFA preferred - Proven ability to run complex deal execution at the highest quality level independently - Broad and varied M&A deal experience in the region is highly preferred This is a rare opportunity to work for a tier investment firm, they are offering a competitive package and relocation support.
