Company Description SoleFit Care Limited develops AI-powered healthcare applications that support more accurate and efficient diagnostics for healthcare professionals. The company’s first product is an iPhone app that scans users’ feet, provides a preliminary foot health report, and recommends insoles tailored to individual health needs and lifestyle. By combining mobile technology and AI, SoleFit Care aims to improve access to early foot health insights and personalized care. The team works closely with clinical experts to ensure that digital tools are safe, evidence-based, and user-friendly. Role Description The Clinical Advisor (Podiatrist) will provide expert clinical guidance for the design, validation, and improvement of SoleFit Care’s foot health assessment tools and recommendations. This part-time, hybrid role is based in Hong Kong SAR, with a mix of on-site collaboration and work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing and refining clinical protocols, validating AI-generated foot health reports, and advising on insole recommendation criteria to ensure clinical relevance and safety. The Clinical Advisor will collaborate with product, data science, and design teams to translate podiatry best practices into practical digital workflows and user guidance. Additional duties include contributing to clinical training materials, supporting quality improvement initiatives, and providing input on regulatory and ethical considerations in digital health. Qualifications - Clinical expertise in podiatry or related Medicine fields, with experience in foot and ankle assessment and care. - Experience in Training healthcare professionals or students, including developing or reviewing clinical education materials. - Understanding of interdisciplinary care involving Pharmacy and Nursing, and the ability to collaborate effectively with other health disciplines. - Background in Quality Improvement, clinical governance, or evidence-based practice, with a focus on patient safety and outcome optimization. - Recognized professional qualification in podiatry (or equivalent) and active registration/licensure in a relevant jurisdiction. - Experience working with or advising on digital health, medical devices, or AI-supported clinical tools is highly beneficial. - Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to explain clinical concepts clearly to non-clinical team members. - Comfort working in a start-up or innovation-driven environment, with flexibility to adapt to evolving projects and priorities.
