Job description: We're Hiring | Specialist – MRP Join NADEC and play a key role in ensuring the right materials are available at the right time to support production. As a Specialist – MRP, you will be responsible for material requirements planning, inventory analysis, and coordinating material availability with production schedules while working closely with Production, Procurement, Logistics, and other Supply Chain stakeholders. Location: Riyadh Key Responsibilities - Develop material requirements plans based on production schedules, forecasts, and historical demand. - Ensure materials are available on time to support production requirements. - Monitor inventory levels and identify shortages, excess, slow-moving, and obsolete materials. - Use MRP systems to forecast and plan material requirements. - Coordinate with suppliers and Procurement to address material shortages or delivery delays. - Work closely with Production Scheduling to align material availability with production plans. - Adjust material plans based on changes in production schedules or demand. - Analyze inventory, material consumption, lead times, and planning performance. - Prepare material planning reports and monitor key planning KPIs. - Collaborate with Production, Procurement, Logistics, and Finance to ensure smooth material flow. What We're Looking For - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. - 2–3 years of experience in Material Planning, Inventory Management, or Supply Chain Operations. - Good understanding of MRP and material requirements planning. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Experience with SAP, Oracle, or similar MRP/ERP systems. - Strong Microsoft Office skills. - Good communication skills in English and Arabic.
