We’re Hiring Relationship Officers – Personal Loans(Abu Dhabi) We are expanding our sales team and looking for experienced Sales Officers to promote Dubai Islamic Bank - Personal Loans in Abu Dhabi. Location: Abu Dhabi (candidates must be currently based in Abu Dhabi) Key Highlights: ✔ Work with DIB loan and Credit cards products ✔ Cross-selling opportunities with Emirates NBD products for better target achievement and incentives ✔ Comprehensive training of Product, policy and compliance porotocol will be provided. ✔ Fixed salary + attractive incentives Candidate Requirements: - University graduate (mandatory) - Minimum 1 year of banking sales experience in UAE mandatory. - Experience in loans or retail banking preferred - Strong communication and closing skills - Target-driven and self-motivated Compensation: - Fixed salary: AED 4,000 – AED 8,000 (based on experience) - Comeptitive incentives scheme to help you earn more and stay motivated. - Employment visa, medical insurance and Annual paid leave provided as per MoHRE rules Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted
