Role Description This is a contract, on-site Bartender role based in Saudi Arabia. The Bartender prepares and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, following standardized recipes and responsible service guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include greeting guests, taking orders, mixing and garnishing drinks, and providing recommendations based on guest preferences. The Bartender handles cash and electronic payments, maintains bar stock and supplies, ensures cleanliness of bar areas, and supports opening and closing procedures. The role also involves working closely with the serving staff and kitchen team to deliver a seamless guest experience and promptly addressing guest questions or concerns. Qualifications - Strong Customer Service skills, with a focus on creating a positive, welcoming guest experience. - Effective Communication abilities for interacting with guests and collaborating with team members. - Knowledge of Food & Beverage offerings, including drink recipes, ingredients, and basic menu pairing. - Accurate Cash Handling skills for processing payments and managing tabs. - Practical Bartending skills, including mixing, pouring, garnishing, and understanding responsible service standards. - Previous experience in hospitality or bar operations is preferred. - Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically active tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. - Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic math skills. - Compliance with all local regulations and licensing requirements related to beverage service in Saudi Arabia.
