Parts Sales Representative

Alkhorayef Commercial Company is looking for a Parts Sales Representative to join our team. Key Responsibilities: - Handle spare parts sales for counter and account customers. - Identify customer parts requirements and recommend the correct spare parts. - Prepare quotations and follow up with customers to secure sales. - Proactively contact and visit customers to develop business and generate revenue. - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. - Coordinate with the warehouse and internal teams to ensure parts availability and timely delivery. - Follow up on customer orders and inquiries. - Support the achievement of parts sales targets. - Maintain accurate sales and customer records. Requirements: - Minimum 2 years of experience in spare parts sales. - Experience in Agricultural Machinery, Heavy Equipment, Commercial Vehicles, or Automotive Spare Parts is preferred. - Experience in both counter sales and B2B/account sales is an advantage. - Strong customer relationship and communication skills. - Good sales and negotiation skills. - Experience using ERP or parts systems is preferred. - Fluent in English (written and spoken)
