Job Description

Job Summary The Hospital Director is responsible for providing overall leadership and management of hospital operations. The role ensures the delivery of high-quality patient care, operational efficiency, financial performance, patient satisfaction, and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities - Lead and oversee the overall operations and performance of the hospital across clinical and non-clinical departments - Monitor operational, financial, quality, and patient experience key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement - Work closely with medical, nursing, and administrative leaders to ensure effective coordination, resource utilization, and service delivery - Develop and implement operational strategies to improve hospital performance, efficiency, patient satisfaction, and business growth - Ensure compliance with organizational policies, accreditation standards, regulatory requirements, quality standards, and patient safety initiatives Qualifications - Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery is required - Master's in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration degree is preferred - Minimum 10 years of experience in healthcare or hospital management, including senior leadership responsibilities - Strong experience in hospital operations, financial management, quality, and performance improvement - Strong leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills
