Key Responsibilities - Manage procurement requirements from RFQ to PO and final delivery. - Source and develop suppliers and subcontractors across the UAE and GCC. - Handle categories including joinery, metal, glass, stone, lighting, signage, upholstery and installation works. - Negotiate pricing, payment terms, lead times and other commercial conditions. - Prepare commercial comparisons and support procurement decisions with clear data. - Track production and deliveries while proactively addressing potential delays. - Work closely with Projects, Estimation, Design, Production and Finance. - Support supplier performance, quality issues and continuous vendor development. - Use ERP, Excel, AI and other digital tools to make procurement faster and more efficient. Requirements - 5+ years of procurement experience, preferably in interior fit-out, retail, joinery or construction. - Good understanding of the UAE supplier and subcontractor market; GCC exposure is an advantage. - Strong negotiation and commercial skills. - Confident communicator with strong supplier-management skills. - Comfortable managing multiple fast-moving project requirements. - Good working knowledge of Excel and ERP systems. - Comfortable using AI and modern digital productivity tools. - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline preferred.
