About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Specialist – Organizational Culture and Well-being to provide technical expertise and lead the design and execution of corporate culture and employee well-being initiatives. The role ensures alignment with organizational values and compliance with relevant regulations and policies. Key Responsibilities - Design and implement the annual organizational culture plan, including value-driven initiatives, internal messaging, and engagement campaigns. - Analyze results, identify culture gaps, and coordinate findings with the Human Resources department. - Prepare and execute culture improvement plans based on results, in coordination with organizational units. - Perform other related duties as assigned by the direct supervisor.
