Internal Audit Associate

HLB HAMT Chartered Accountants is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Internal Audit Associate to join our team. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in conducting internal audit assignments, risk assessments, and internal control reviews. - Perform process walkthroughs, control testing, and review of supporting documents. - Identify risks, control gaps, and areas for improvement. - Prepare audit working papers, findings, recommendations, and reports. - Coordinate with clients and follow up on audit requirements and action plans. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field. - 2–3 years of experience in Internal Audit, External Audit, Risk Advisory, or Internal Controls - Experience in Hospitality, Retail, or Real Estate is preferred. - Good understanding of risk management, internal controls, audit procedures, and business processes. - Good knowledge of IA software tools. - Professional qualifications such as ACCA or CA would be an advantage.
