Business Development ExecutiveRole Description We are seeking a proactive and commercially driven Business Development Executive to support business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong relationships, and expanding the company’s customer and partner network. The role involves researching markets, identifying potential clients, generating leads, conducting business discussions, and supporting the development of strategic partnerships. You will understand customer needs, present suitable solutions, prepare proposals, follow up on opportunities, and maintain accurate records throughout the business development process. Working closely with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams, you will contribute to market expansion and revenue growth. The ideal candidate is confident, persuasive, energetic, and results-oriented, with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in developing new business opportunities.Qualifications - Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Management, or a related field. - Strong understanding of business development, sales processes, market research, and customer relationship management. - Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify and evaluate potential business opportunities. - Ability to build professional relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders. - Strong organizational and follow-up skills with excellent attention to detail. - Proactive, self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment. - Familiarity with CRM systems, sales tools, and business intelligence platforms is an advantage. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset. - Proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills. -
