QA/QC Manager

We are currently recruiting a QA/QC Manager on behalf of a leading Contractor delivering multiple large-scale building projects across the Kingdom. This role will be based in Al Khobar, KSA. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement the Project Quality Plan across all project phases - Manage and supervise the project QA/QC team, maintaining consistent quality standards - Review and approve method statements, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and material submittals - Coordinate quality inspections with consultants and subcontractors - Monitor testing activities on site and maintain accurate quality records - Issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and follow up on corrective actions to closure - Conduct regular site quality audits and inspections - Prepare quality reports and report performance to senior management and clients - Ensure all approvals, certifications, and handover documents meet contractual and regulatory requirements Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline - Candidates must be currently based within KSA. - 15–20 years' QA/QC experience in construction, with a background at major construction companies - Proven experience on large-scale building and infrastructure projects - Hands-on experience preparing quality plans, method statements, ITPs, and inspection checklists - Professional QA/QC certification preferred; ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification an advantage - Fluent English required; Arabic is a plus - Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills
