Our team works closely with customers to understand their homes, lifestyle and personal style, and helps them find furniture solutions that work beautifully for their space. We are looking for people who enjoy design, furniture and working with customers to join our team. About the Role As a Sales & Design Consultant, you will guide customers through their furniture selection journey — from understanding their needs to developing and presenting a suitable proposal. Your main responsibilities will include: * Meeting customers and understanding their space, needs and style preferences * Recommending suitable furniture, colours, materials and configurations * Preparing furniture proposals and simple visual presentations * Presenting ideas and helping customers make their selections * Preparing quotations and following up on proposals and enquiries * Managing the sales process from consultation through to order confirmation * Building good, long-term relationships with customers * Keeping up-to-date with our products, collections and design possibilities * Supporting the team in maintaining an inspiring showroom environment Who We Are Looking For You may be a good fit if you: * Enjoy furniture, interiors and design * Like meeting people and understanding what they are looking for * Have good communication and presentation skills * Have a good eye for colour, materials and coordination * Are proactive and comfortable following up with customers * Are organised and pay attention to details * Enjoy working as part of a team while managing your own customers Experience in furniture, interior design, luxury retail, fashion or customer-facing sales is an advantage, but we are also open to candidates who have a strong interest in design and are willing to learn.
