Job Description - Lead test planning, test execution, and defect management for post-trade systems. - Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks and test scripts. - Perform functional, integration, and performance testing across upstream and downstream systems. - Collaborate with business users, operations teams, and IT stakeholders to validate requirements and testing outcomes. - Support BAU enhancements, project implementations, and release activities. - Ensure compliance with SDLC, governance, and audit requirements. The Successful Applicant - 5+ years of QA/Test Analyst experience within securities brokerage, investment banking, or capital markets environments. - Strong knowledge of post-trade operations, including trade booking, confirmations, settlements, SWIFT messaging (MT/MX, ISO20022), and reconciliations. - Experience with trade settlement systems such as Gloss, SYN~, Inferno, or similar platforms. - Proven hands-on experience in test automation and performance testing. - Familiarity with audit and regulatory-controlled environments. - Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
