Job Description

- Key Responsibilities 1.1Sales Support & Technical Presentations - Conduct technical sales presentations. - Support sales activities before and after closing deals. - Prepare quotations and follow up with customers. - Understand customer technical requirements to tailor appropriate product and solution recommendations. 1.2Telemarketing & Lead Generation - Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to generate and qualify sales leads. - Follow up on inbound enquiries and convert leads into sales opportunities. 1.3Customer Relationship Management - Build strong, long-term relationships with customers. - Serve as a key point of contact for customer enquiries and after-sales support. - Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts. 1.4Marketing & Event Support - Manage and support marketing and event activities. - Design creative sales and marketing materials. - Coordinate with external vendors, printers, and agencies for marketing materials and event logistics. - Support digital marketing efforts, including social media and website content where required. 1.5Reporting & Performance - Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and forecasts. - Work towards sales targets and KPIs. - Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales and marketingstrategy. 1.6Additional Responsibilities - Support new product or service launches with relevant sales and marketing materials. - Handle ad-hoc sales and marketing duties as required. - Perform any other duties as assigned by the Senior Business Development Manager (SBDM) or management.
